The terminal that is design for TPM - Total Productive Maintenance and shop floor data collection. It provides the tracking of machine and equipment utilization and downtime event monitoring.
The valuable information captured will provide reporting of OEE - Overall equipment Effectiveness) which disclose the analytical data that reflects the manufacturing process, product design, material usage and operating condition of equipments. Tool usage tracking will also be tracked to alert for replacement due for PM - Prevetive Maintenance
Entrepod IE
The Internet Explorer data terminal, the hybrid of a powerful industrial data capturing device with the web browser ready implementation. It is ideal for rapid deployment of shop floor data collection, production control, equipment monitoring and any other implementation, where data needs to be collected from sources like human input, barcode scanning, smart card reading, digital and analog I/O, temperature and humidity reading etc.
Entrepod TT/BI
Entrepod TT (Time Trek) is a TCP/IP base network ready terminal for on-line time attendance and access control. The terminal provide uninterrupted services both on-line and offline with local validation and data storage of up to 10,000 records. The design of the terminal allow 3 fail over host IP to be set, should any one is not present in on-line validation mode. The DHCP network option is also available to allow the terminal to be self configured, the moment it is connected to the network.
